GEORGE EIVERS
Principal Engineer / Director
George is the founding Director of ECC. He has more than 20 years' consulting experience in New Zealand and the UK. George's specialist skills comprise traffic engineering, geometric design and road safety. These include design of car park layouts and pedestrian / cyclist infrastructure along with vehicle swept path analysis; both two-dimensional, for intersection design, and three-dimensional, for ramp design.
He is also a skilled project manager, adept at understanding client needs and leading multi-disciplinary teams through all stages of a project from initial feasibility and optioneering through the design process to construction and post-construction monitoring. George is a knowledgeable and capable Chartered Professional Engineer with a network of technical specialists to compliment his expertise.
ANNA WILKINS
Principal Engineer / Consultant
Anna is ECC's Principal Transportation Engineer. She has more than 18 years’ experience in consulting in New Zealand and Australia. Anna's specialist skills include traffic engineering, intersection and network modelling, impact assessment to support Resource Consent and Plan Change processes, parking and access layout design, as well as corridor studies and structure planning.
She has authored and peer reviewed numerous transportation impact assessments for complex residential, commercial, mixed-used and industrial developments around New Zealand. Anna provides practical and pragmatic advice to clients, bringing together sound technical knowledge and an appreciation of regulatory, commercial, environmental and social perspectives.
