East Cape Consulting is a boutique engineering consultancy based in Havelock North. We provide public and private sector clients with transportation engineering and design services encompassing investigation, analysis, consenting, design and delivery.

ECC was originally established in the UK by Director George Eivers – Chartered Professional Engineer. In 2010 George took a sabbatical from ECC and relocated to New Zealand to help start up the National Design Team for New Zealand's largest specialist traffic consultancy.

After managing the National Design Team and the Hawke's Bay Branch, George decided it was time to get back to his professional passion; working closely with clients to help them develop and deliver their vision. ECC was reincorporated in New Zealand in 2018.

At ECC we are proud to lead the way towards a more efficient future with robust analysis and innovative engineering solutions delivered on time and within budget. We have worked on hundreds of projects across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, we would be pleased to bring international best practice to your project.
